Privacy Policy

FiveSenses and its partners are committed to respecting and protecting the confidentiality of information shared between FiveSenses and our customers. FiveSenses is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its customers and any information communicated to or held by FiveSenses.

All information received by FiveSenses from its client will be kept strictly confidential. Information communicated orally to FiveSenses shall only be regarded as “Confidential” if identified as confidential, proprietary or the like at the time of disclosure; and confirmed in writing within thirty days of disclosure. Treatment of Confidential Information shall be clearly defined in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) signed between FiveSenses and its client.

In no event will information provided to FiveSenses be used for purposes other than the ones for which the client intended. FiveSenses will keep all client and customer data received or collected from marketing campaigns (“campaign data”) private. No customer data will ever be sold, used, or transferred to third parties unless explicitly instructed to do so by the client

FiveSenses understands and appreciates the need to protect the privacy of its customers. That is why FiveSenses maintains strict internal policies that exceed industry standards concerning the privacy of its customers. FiveSenses shall put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of campaign data. No customer databases shall ever be sent via email unless encoded using PGP 128-bit encryption.

All campaigns conducted by FiveSenses shall adhere to relevant laws specific to the country/or countries in which the campaign will run. Such laws include provisions related to customer data collection, usage and disclosure, data subject rights, accuracy and security of customer data collected, and transborder flow of customer data.

FiveSenses reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Notifications of changes to our privacy practices will occur through one or more of the following communications: Posting of a message on FiveSenses home page.
